Once you are happy we will put our promise to you in writing. Should we not keep to our promise you may, after placing us under 7 days notice to perform, cancel the mandate - thus freeing you from the legal agreement.

Fidelity Fund
Make sure that your agent has a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate. The EAAB protects clients who may lodge written complaints against an estate agent or a claim against the Fidelity Fund.
The Board may attempt to resolve the complaint through mediation and may also bring a charge against the respondent if the conduct is deserving of sanction.
